Saving a Message as XML

To save a message in XML format to a file, use the Save Message As XML... option. In this case, 'XML format' refers to the format that can be seen by clicking theXML tab on the message contents display:

1. Click the File option from the File Operations toolbar.

2. Select the Save Message As XML option to save a message in XML format:

2. The Save As file dialog box will be displayed: 

This will allow an existing file to be selected or a new file name to be entered in the File name box. Clicking the Save button will cause the file to be saved, or Cancel may be clicked to cancel the save operation.
