Saving a Project

A project can be saved to a by using the Save Project or Save Project As command.

1. Click the Project option from the main menu tool bar.

2. Select Save Project or Save Project As:

3. If the project was opened from an existing file and Save Project was selected, it will be written back to that project file.

4. If a new project was created or the Save Project As command was selected, a file dialog box will appear prompting the user to enter the filename in which the project will be saved.

5. A filename may be entered in the box or an existing project file may be selected. Pressing Save will cause the project to be saved to the selected file. If a file extension is not provided, the default extension ".avprj" will be used. Pressing Cancel will cause the save operation to be cancelled.
