ENUMERATED Value Specification

An ENUMERATED value specification causes a Java integer constant to be generated.

ASN.1 production:
	<name> <enumtype> ::= <enumitem>
 
Generated Java constants:
	public static final int <name> = <enumvalue>;
 
enumvalue will be the sequential integer value corresponding to the enumitem in enumtype.
