EVALUATE ASN1C COMPILER

ASN1C is a full-featured ASN.1 compiler capable of generating BER/DER/CER, PER (aligned/unaligned), and XML encoders and decoders in C, C++, C#, and Java.

ASN1C v6.3.x

ASN1C v6.3.x is the current production release of ASN1C. Features added in this release include:

• Improved table constraint handling. The changes made in v6.2 for 3GPP/LTE ASN.1 specifications have been expanded to include other ASN.1 specifications that use table constraints.
• Support added for stream-based PER encode/decode..
• New configuration variables added for reducing code size.
• Capability to generate pretty-printed ASN.1.
• Improved GUI wizard.
• Constraint checks added to Java/C# setters.
• Complete support for J2ME CLDC has been added.
