[21-Sept-2009] XBinder 2.0.0 released. This is a major new release of XBinder which includes Java and C# code generation, multiple models for handling XSD derived types in C++, and encoding/decoding in UTF-8, UTF-16, and ISO-8859-1 character formats. See the release notes for complete details.

New features include enhanced support for 3GPP/LTE ASN.1 specifications, support for the ASN.1 CONTAINING keyword, improvements to XML and XSD support including support for XML namespaces, additional compactness options for decreasing code footprint size, and improved performance through improvements to custom memory management. [7-May-2009] XBinder 1.5.3 released. This is a patch release that addressed a number of issues including poor encoding performance on large XML instances with many namespaces and missing GUI files in the Linux distributions. For a complete list of changes, see the change log.

[30-Mar-2009] New ASN1C releases now available. Both ASN1C v6.2.B (new release beta-version) and ASN1C 6.1.4 (current production version patch release) have been released. Both expand on the work to improve support for 3GPP/LTE ASN.1 specifications. This includes improvements to XML and XSD support including support for XML namespaces, additional compactness options for decreasing code footprint size, and improved performance through improvements to custom memory management.

[2-Jan-2009] ASN1C version 6.1.3 released. The key item in this release is the addition of the -3gpp command-line switch. This provides for the generation of more user-friendly code for table constraints in 3GPP/LTE specifications such as NBAP, RANAP, S1AP, or X2AP. [7-Nov-2008] An updated version of the online ASN2XML tool has been released. This new version has the capability to translate PER messages to XML as well as BER/DER/CER.

[29-Oct-2008] ASN1VE 1.6.6 released. XML/Text display performance was improved, the capability to delete top level messages in a multi-message file was added, and the ability to license the product with a floating license server was added. See the change log for full details.

[8-Sept-2008] ASN1C v6.1.1 released. This is a patch release that fixed a number of issues in the initial 6.1.0 release, many of which were releated to the new Java/C# static enumeration code generation feature. See the change log for details on all changes.

[22-July-2008] ASN1VE v1.6.5 released. The most significant change in this release is the addition of partial support for the use of table constraints for selecting the type to be used open type decoding. See the change log for more details on this and other changes.
